Done at hire and ongoing every five years.
Comprehensive annual report regarding investment offerings and fees, performance analysis, and total plan cost. Includes written recommendations regarding record keeper services, educational programs, investment offerings, and fees. All recommendations are provided in writing.
Quarterly reporting on all investment options vs. benchmarks, including peer universe comparisons for stand-alone investment offerings.
Conduct searches (as needed) for recordkeeper or target-date funds.
Draft Investment Policy Guidelines for the Fund.
Attendance at Board of Trustees meetings.
